Our Founder

Mehul Gulati is the founding counsel of MG & CO, a New Delhi-based practice committed to providing clear, strategic and solution-oriented legal representation. His approach combines rigorous legal analysis with careful preparation, ensuring that each matter is assessed not merely on its legal merits but also in light of the client’s commercial, financial and practical objectives.

He represents and advises clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, district courts, tribunals and arbitral fora. His work spans litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial advisory, contractual matters, consumer and regulatory issues, and real-estate and property disputes. Whether advising on a transaction, responding to a legal notice or conducting a complex dispute, he focuses on identifying the core issue at the outset and developing a considered, effective course of action.
